The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and HomeGauge at www.homegauge.com have agreed to work together in the UK.  InterNACHI staff member Lia Babitch is meeting with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors on September 15th.  HomeGauge's Russell Buchanan has agreed to assist InterNACHI in future meetings with RICS.  HomeGauge is currently in discussion with a group in Scotland that plans to implement a strategy involving the recent legislation requiring homes in the UK to have a general inspection.  InterNACHI and HomeGauge have purchased servers in London and HomeGauge has registered the domain name www.HomeGauge.co.uk.  InterNACHI looks forward to working with Russell Buchanan and HomeGauge as both organizations expand into the UK.
