New InterNACHI/ITI Partnership Offers Certified Master Inspector (CMI) Training Program

InterNACHI is proud to announce that it has partnered with A-Pro Home Inspection Services
and the Inspection Training Institute of San Antonio (ITI) to provide online Certified
Master Inspector (CMI) training for all InterNACHI members.
InterNACHI’s CMI advanced education designation can be earned by logging onto ITI’s
online Distant Learning Center and completing 53 credit hours of intense training
and testing, and includes a InterNACHI Certificate of Completion as well as a handsome
embroidered uniform patch. Upon completion of this graduate level curriculum,
students will earn InterNACHI’s prestigious CMI designation, valid for one year. Each
subsequent year, the designated CMI inspector needs 24 hours of advanced continuing
education credits, as required by InterNACHI, also available at the ITI Distant Learning
Center web site.
These courses are available to all InterNACHI members in good standing at the deeply
discounted tuition fee of $10 per credit hour, and students can choose from a
212-hour variety of advanced troubleshooting coursework in electrical, plumbing,
roofing, HVAC and more. Courses can be taken at the student’s own pace, and examinations
are electronically scored and reported back to InterNACHI for CMI credit.
