Masters Inspection Institute’s next class will be in January on preventive maintenance of homes. Learn to talk to your clients and explain how to do simple maintenance on the different systems in houses. Build that rapport which is so important to help stop those nuisance calls. It is the belief here at M.I.I. that every good inspector must understand the systems that he or she is analyzing, how it works and how to repair it.  This class with give you those answers and so much more.  Masters Inspection Institute will teach you about Interior, Exterior, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, we’ll even throw in Lunch. Plus we’ll cover report writing which is the most important thing that we, as inspectors do, and software* can help you compile a first class report. A good report can save the deal and make you, that all important word of mouth endorsement (a leading software system will be introduced).
