Dear Mr. Gromicko:

I am pleased to write with formal approval of the renewal of your school accreditation application.  Per regulations your school accreditation will expire on March 31, 2013.

As a reminder, it is critical that you use your school ID number, the assigned course ID number and approved course title on all rosters as well as the certificates you hand out immediately after each class.  To ensure that all students receive appropriate credit, it is equally imperative that you verify that all information is correct before submitting documents to the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

Attendance rosters and schedule forms can be found on our website, www.pr.mo.gov/realestate.asp, and are not to be revised.

In addition, to the attendance roster you will submit continuing education completion data in an ASCII file so that we can download all the information directly into a database. Please submit all rosters and schedule forms by e-mail to betty.lilley@pr.mo.gov. Please make sure you advise students that if they fail to give you either their correct license number or social security number for submission on the roster, their education may not be recognized by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

By regulation you are required to submit a course schedule no less than 10 days prior to the scheduled course date and all rosters must be submitted within 10 days of course completion.  To avoid rejection of any submitted forms, please make sure you fill out each form in its entirety.

As always, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,
