- Home Energy Efficiency for Real Estate Professionals online course for 3 hours. Expiration: 06/16/2025.
InterNACHI is a Nebraska-approved course provider for licensed real estate professionals.
Step #1: Agents create a free account.
You'll be asked to create a desired username and password.
Step #2: Log into the course.
Log into the course with your username and password you created in Step #1. Choose any approved course. Be sure to have your InterNACHI inspector's ID # to receive immediate access to the course. Example ID #: NACHI97010101
