Northeast Florida Chapter Meeting, June 22nd, 2005. All welcome.

EVERYONE is cordially invited to the next meeting of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Wednesday, June 22nd, 2005 at 6pm.  New and veteran home inspectors as well as members of all other associations are all welcome-you need not be a member of InterNACHI.  Anyone interested in home inspections can attend. There is no charge.  Dress casual if you like as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be. Spouses welcome. This meeting is open to all. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

Our speaker will be Nick Gromicko, InterNACHI's Director of Public Relations, former veteran REALTOR and ad agency owner on:

• Marketing your home inspection service directly to home buyers. 

• Raising your prices when your competition in Florida charges less.

• Converting every call into a scheduled inspection. 

• Tips for tweaking your website so that it sells. 

• Home inspection licensing in Florida.

• Fulfilling continuing education requirements for licensing.

Dues: There are currently no dues required to join this Northeast Florida InterNACHI Chapter. You need not join to attend.
