Dirck was an immense help with the inspection process! My wife and I were buying a home while living out of town, so we were only able to visit for a few days to handle the inspection. Dirck was very responsive in getting the appointment setup, and even allowed us to pay online. During the inspection, Dirck was extremely thorough and open to any and all questions we could come up with. The inspection report that he provided afterward has already proven to be valuable, and contains enough knowledge for us to maintain the home for decades to come. Beyond that, Dirck also made himself available after the inspection for additional questions. We took him up on his offer and called him during our inspection objection process, and he was more than willing to help walk us through the questions we had. Even after the process was complete and we closed on the home, Dirck made it clear that we was still available for any questions we may have in the future.
