Our inspector is a licensed residential builder in Michigan, a certified home inspector through International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and trained in HUD's Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) for rental and rehabilitation grant funded programs. He has also led and administeredgreen building & energy efficiency training and retrofit programs.
At Burnham Home Inspections, LLC., we take pride in trying to provide the most comprehensive and in depth look at the home. With all homes, there will be things that unfortunately, we will not be able to see due to construction techniques, obstructions, and the lack of x-ray vision. Our inspections are visual, we do not tear walls apart to look inside. We abide by InterNACHI's Standards of Practice which outline what is included in our inspections.
