Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC and Coastal Training Consultants have teamed up to provide a course for professionals seeking a career in the green building verification industry. The Home Energy Rating Field Inspector Training course is ideal for home inspectors, trade contractors and others involved in residential construction who are wanting to learn the fundamentals of building science, the protocol for home energy rating data collection and how to perform blower door and duct blaster testing. The course includes the RESNET National Field Inspector Exam. Cost is $775 and starts on April 3, 2009 through April 5, 2009.
