PRESS RELEASE: InterNACHI's exams and quizzes adopted by College in Ministry of Education approved course.
 
 
Robetech Institute, Inc., a Canadian based College will be offering home inspection diplomas using InterNACHI exams and quizzes.
 
The Home Inspection Diploma Course offered by Robetech Institute Inc. is the most comprehensive course designed to teach everything needed by an inspector to complete a proper home inspection and be successful. Robetech Institute, Registered as Private College since 1988 in Toronto Ontario Canada is the first College to Register this diploma program.   The course has fully been approved by the Ministry of Education, Colleges & Universities.  The course covers everything about the residential market from new homes to century old, city applications and rural.  After graduating, the students will receive the designation, Home Inspection Officer Diploma.

Whether a candidate has a construction background, engineering degree, or no experience at all, this course has been so designed and structured to challenge and teach everyone from all walks of life, including those with minimal education. The Course duration is three months full time and is also offered part time.  A hands-on approach to teaching has been adopted with full student’s participation. A comprehensive evaluation and examination system has been designed which continuously monitors the students uptake during the course. The final examination includes both written and practical aspects. There are nine main segments that must be completed in full, in order to obtain the diploma. Students are also required to write (take) InterNACHI's Online Inspector Examination, fulfill InterNACHI's other membership requirements, and become a member of InterNACHI.

  1. Forensics (Building Envelope)
  2. Building Construction
  3. Electrical Inspection
  4. Plumbing Inspection
  5. Heating and Air Conditioning Inspection
  6. New Home Warranty
  7. Business Entrepreneurship
  8. Ontario Building Codes
  9. Real Estate
InterNACHI's exams and quizzes will be administered in a proctored environment at the College.  This course is approved for continuing education purposes by InterNACHI.
