InterNACHI's law firm, Cohen Horner, LLP, has added a new trademark professional to its staff.  Teresa Pierson served as an intellectual property paralegal at Gates Rubber for nearly ten years, then earned a law degree at the University of Denver.  InterNACHI counsel Mark Cohen stated that the hiring was necessary in order to help protect InterNACHI's increasingly valuable portfolio of trademarks and other intellectual property.  Cohen also stated that the expansion will help the firm as it seeks to step up its enforcement of InterNACHI's rights against others in the industry who are unlawfully using InterNACHI's marks.
