What in tarnation is that trapeze about?
I hope you noted the linoleum lifting up at the tub base and possible sub-floor damage!
Mold and mildew seems apparent at the fiberglass panels and tub surround.
It also appears there is still some adhesive from the linoleum installation of the flooring on the tub. ?
