Connecticut NACHI Charter Oak Chapter will be holding its first meeting on October 12, 2005, 7:00 pm at Days Inn Bradley International/ Hartford, 185 Turnpike Road, Windsor Locks, CT 800.894.1745. NACHI Discount for overnight guests.
The Charter Oak Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors cordially invites area realtors, inspectors, and their spouses to Connecticut?s first NACHI Chapter dinner meeting. Current Home Inspection & Environmental issues will be discussed.
Speakers to include:
Nick Gromicko ? Executive Director of NACHI, the largest home inspection organization in the world, Ad Agency Owner and former veteran realtor.
Jennifer Schaffer ? National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Midshore Board of Realtors, and graduate of the Realtors Institute, home inspection ?From a Realtor?s Perspective?
Dr. Zachary Klett ? MD Yale School of Medicine, home inspection ?From a Client?s Perspective?
