Is it possible to pump low expansion foam into exterior walls that are double brick exterior with approximately 2" strapping on interior covered with lath and plaster? There appears to be no insulation whatsoever. This is an old Victorian farmhouse circa 1850. I know cellulose could be blown in without to much trouble but would foam be better?

Hi Joseph and Marcel
Thanks, that is what I was wondering. I don't think the client will be buying the farm after considering my findings. But then again you never know. I instructed my client to query vendor as to electrical bill and propane cost for the gas fireplace. The vendor had taken canned foam and foamed along baseboards, pretty sloppy. This suggests to me the vendor was experiencing a very drafty residence.
