OK I couldn’t help it. We talk about bugs, cookies and toilets so what the heck. icon_biggrin.gif

I'll start with my favorite. Double-cut fillet medium with large order of home made mashed potatoes at one of the Morton's Steakhouse locations nationwide.

My wife’s home cooked corned beef with boiled cabbage and potatoes.

Oh yeah, and a Murphy's stout to wash it down.

I know, I'm the stereo typical Mick.

Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy (white gravy of course); or Pork Chops with mashed potatoes and gravy or maybe biscuits and gravy with sausage. Damn, now I’m hungry.

Fresh caught walleye… lightly breaded with a hint of garlic… eaten by the handful or as a sandwich with bbq sauce… washed down with some silver bullets… ending with a nice rhubarb pie in a hand made crust.

I tend to go for KC Bar-b-que - My favorite is little place called the Board Room on 95th and Antioch with a little bit of burnt ends, a little bit of short ribs, a few nuclear wings, baked beans and cole slaw all washed down with a Boulevard wheat Beer.

or

Strouds Fried Chicken and all the fixins

Yep, time to make a trip up to KC just over 2 hours. Lets see what excuse I can make to the wife, Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. ![icon_cool.gif](upload://oPnLkqdJc33Dyf2uA3TQwRkfhwd.gif)

I always crave for a huge lobster dinner. The lobsters (2) must be a minimum of 2 lbs. a piece. I’ll always include a portion of steamed clams (with shellfish water to clean off the sea dirt) and a huge cup of our famous NE clam chowder. And maybe (if there’s room) 1 corn (on the cob) on the side. And then throw in a cup of melted butter, and I?m good to go.

Ohh, I can?t forget the Heineken.
