New to the business, just passed the NACHI exam, joining as soon as I am ready to market myself within a few weeks. My question pertains to mold, radon and pest inspection licenses. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to the requirements for Pennsylvania on this topic? Help is greatly appreciated.

Also if any fellow Pennsylvanians has found a good, inexpensive alternative to E&O Ins., could you please pass that along.

Thanks, Matt

Joe,

Thanks for the help. Other than the info on this site, there doesn't seem to be a "checklist" , so to speak, anywhere of what all is required for PA.

I didn’t think that a licence was required in PA for WDI inspections. I just did one for a friends mortgage and everything went as smooth as silk. I hope I didn’t break any laws !!!
