This is an InterNACHI® Chapter located near Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Fort Leavenworth is a United States Army installation located in Leavenworth County, Kansas, in the city of Leavenworth. 

Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, is the oldest continuously operating military installation west of the Mississippi River. It is the home of the US Army's Combined Arms Center (CAC). CAC is a major subordinate headquarters of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command and is regarded as a "home base" for the majority of field grade officers across the Army.

The primary purpose of the chapter is to provide a support and organizational structure for the team of inspectors assigned to perform housing inspections at the nearby military base and geographical locations.
