 Update Course:  Suggested Language in Report Writing
In this course, we will explore the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board’s (NCHILB) suggested language statements for the reporting of known building industry failures and consumer concerns.  By applying the language to various inspection scenarios, we will gain an understanding of the proper use of the language and how to use it when interacting with clients, sellers, and builders.

**The Update Course cannot be taken online and must be taken in a seminar.**
 
Elective Course 1: The Details Behind the Suggested Languages - Electrical
In this course, we will explore the details behind the industry failures which prompted the NCHILB to create the four suggested language statements for the electrical system.  

Elective Course 2: The Details Behind the Suggested Languages – Exterior and Plumbing
In this course, we will explore the details behind the industry failures which prompted the NCHILB to create the two suggested language statements for the Plumbing system and the three suggested language statements for Exterior.
