Understanding Stucco, Types, Testing & Remediation (Past Event)

Tuesday, May 8th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm EDT
Dawsonville, GA
Harry W. Johnson-EIFS & Stucco Inspections-EDI GA-18; MWC 604. Will be our guest speaker and teacher for this very informative class.

Graduated from EDI (Exterior Design Institute) certification for inspecting residential and commercial stucco inMarch 1998 and has maintained that certification including completing the Graduate EIFS Inspector Re-Certification Program in November 2000.

In February 2001, Harry formed ESI to concentrate on providing quality stucco inspections on all types of stucco cladding. In January 2002 he was approved to perform inspections for Moisture Warranty Corporation. Since 1997, Mr. Johnson has performed over 3,500 types of stucco inspections on both residential and commercial units in the Southern states.

ESI?s stucco inspections concentrate on providing needed information regarding how the system is performing in a manner designed to be readily understood and used to obtain repairs, if needed. The format is a computer generated report with digital pictures to aid in understanding issues.

Harry will be teaching us: types of stucco found, testing
protocols and remediation procedures.

IF you are interested and feel a need for further training on this vital issue come to the N.G. NACHI chapter meeting.
