SUBJECT OF THIS MEETING: Role-Playing: Inspector Interactions with Homeowner, Buyer & Agent
CEU CREDIT: 1 HOUR
Want to know how to properly interact with a homeowner, buyer and agent? This chapter meeting will focus on role-playing. Although role-playing is very awkward for many people, we will team up in pairs and practice with one another. The chapter organizer, Nathan Davis, will choose someone from the attendees to role-play in front of the group as an example.
WE WILL NOT BE REQUIRING ATTENDEES TO WEAR MASKS. You are, of course, welcome to wear a mask if you feel the need to do so.
There is enough space in the room for attendees to socially distance if they desire to do so.
