In this free, online webinar, we'll study Chapter 4 "Foundations" of the International Residential Code (IRC®) to prepare to take the ICC® Code Exam B1 to become an ICC®-certified residential building inspector. A certified Residential Building Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections of structures to determine compliance with the various building codes and standards adopted by the local jurisdiction. At this level of certification, the inspector shall be able to inspect one-and-two family dwellings, townhomes not more than three stories in height, and accessory structures.
