The Toll Free hotline, 1-877 FIND-INS, will be advertised on many of InterNACHI's
consumer-interest sites such as the
Citizen Information Center and will be manned during business hours. After the InterNACHI Convention in February
of 2006, the Toll Free hotline will be manned 24 hours/day. The Toll Free hotline
is also being provided to REALTORs to refer any clients who might have questions
about inspection issues.
The service specialists manning the hotline will be using
InspectorLocator.com to help consumers find inspectors that offer the type of inspections sought,
in the geographic area needed, so InterNACHI members are reminded to enter the ancillary
services they offer into their profiles at
www.nachi.org/ancillary.htm Callers can also get information (which of course also promotes InterNACHI members)
mailed to them via U.S. mail.
