What are the requirements for exhausting a 1992 Goodman 100,000 BTUH furnace flue exhaust pipe in a 1924 home thru the chimney? The furnace I inspected was installed with flex pipe and terminated about ninety percent of the way up the chimney. Also, the chimney was exhausting a wood-burning fireplace. As you can see by the pictures, no chimney cap was installed either. Thanks for the info.
