When are the other associations going to join InterNACHI?
They could offer their people so much instead of nothing. 
Nick and John, Mississippi is the resident state of Home Safe which has filed suit against an InterNACHI member for use of thermal imaging during a home inspection.
What advise do you have for InterNACHI members, CMI’s, Energy inspectors and Thermographers who use IR regularly, that will help them not to infringe on Home Safes process patent during the course of their daily inspection business?
I met with Home Safe and all the patent owners today. The lawsuit will be withdrawn tomorrow.
