Not at the Rental Rate suggested and occupancy generally expected…
as a Business this would incur a loss annually based on value of investment.

Lots of them do down there. We buy for equity position- impossible in that area to do a rental rate valuation.
When I look at real estate in some areas, yes, you look at ROI on a rental basis like that. But not in Naples/Fort Myers Beach or many high end areas around the country.
