Two-Day Stucco and Fireplace Inspection Class at the new InterNACHI School

InterNACHI School is pleased to offer our first live, hands-on class in exterior building cladding inspections addressing PB-EIFS, MD-EIFS, traditional and One Coat Stucco as well as Adhered Manufactured Stone Veneer. Upon successful completion of the class the student will enable to:

  • Properly identify wall cladding systems
  • know proper standard detailing,
  • Know potential problem areas,
  • Know how to report on these items.

In addition we will be offering an additional class on gas fireplace inspections taught by Mr. Steve Quinlan. This class will review:

  • Gas log sets
  • Enclosed gas fireplaces
  • gas piping,
  • combustion air requirements
  • venting issues

You will earn a total of 16 CE credits for attending this two-day class!

I’ll teach how Stucco or cementitious coating should be installed now days. You have my info. I am consulting for builders in Florida now since they are having a bunch of problems popping up. We are trying new and better ways to fix the issues.
