If I or anyone I knew were purchasing a home in the Houston metro area I can think of no one I would trust more to perform the property inspection than Chuck Evans.

Thank you Barry

I’ll certainly agree with that and I have referred him quite a few times.

P.S. - Hey Chuck ask Barry the types of referrals I send!:lol:

Thank you Emmanuel. You guys are the best!

Looks great, although we have no intentions of moving back to Texas lol if my cousin in Houston decides to move you will be #1 on the referral list Chuck

Looking good… there is alot of good info there!

Thank you guys

We have published a new article “Fire Extinguishers In the Home” as a companion piece to our other home safety related articles “Smoke Alarms Save Lives” and “Carbon Monoxide – The Silent Killer”.

Nicely done, Chuck.

Excellent presentation, good layout and easy to move about.

I’m still old-fashioned and use my laptop into a couple large monitors … from that perspective I’m quite impressed.

I’m not one of those “mobile device” type people.

I was looking on mobile and was also impressed… us old folks using old tech are on the way out, very important to be mobile friendly.

Thanks, guys. I can’t do web stuff on those tiny devices either. First, my eyes are too old and my fingers are too big to hit the tiny buttons. However, my 20 and 30 something offspring do all of the time and my analytics say that a lot of people who access the site do too, so I cater to them. Me, I use a 28-inch, 4K monitor for my web surfing.

Yes. Chuck Evans at http://homecert.com is who I would use if I had a need in the Houston area. And, I would recommend him to friends, family and anyone in need of his expertise…be it Infrared Thermal Inspections, Home Inspections or Commercial Inspections.

Larry, Thank you for the endorsement. It means a great deal coming from you.

You have earned it and it shows.

Houston Residents should use Home-Cert of Houston Texas for all their Inspection needs. http://homecert.com . Being a fellow Texas licensed Inspector I highly recommend Chuck Evans (TREC #7657) for all your Houston area inspection needs. Most, if not all of us all here in Texas and the International Assoc. of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) are familiar with and highly endorse who is clearly considered the Houston areas #1 Home & Property Inspector. Looking at his sample reports shows how good he is, a shoulder above the rest. Even after all the recent flooding issues in Houston, that obviously affected himself also and his family he’s been willing to go out and help his clients that hadn’t yet closed on homes he inspected.

Joe,

Thank you for that outstanding endorsement. It is greatly appreciated.

I was really impressed with the work you did on that TPO commercial roof inspection. https://www.nachi.org/forum/f77/commercial-property-tpo-roof-124192/#post1756514. Please keep sharing them.

Houston area homeowners contracting for repairs to storm damaged homes can help protect themselves from sub-standard workmanship by taking advantage of our Contractor Oversight / Performance Verification inspection service.
