We’ve updated our Video Recording Authorization and Release, which covers drones and all other kinds of electronic recording of an inspection. It’s also good for offering virtual inspections for out-of-town clients, as well as for uploading video online for marketing and training purposes. It includes a provision that the property owner’s name and address will not be revealed, except to the client paying for the inspection.
