Pa inspection

Hello I was wondering if anyone knew if a company holding a nys inspectors license was able to perform inspections in Pennsylvania. I looked it up and my understanding is that I can but I just want to cover my behind.any input would be greatly appreciated

Yes, if you have E&O insurance and are a member of InterNACHI.

No, if not.

Nick;

With no Pa license?

What about Md inspections with a Florida license?

Just curious how NACHI can make that legal.

Correct. There is no license in PA, only regulation.

No, MD has its own license and no reciprocity.

All those states use our courses, all states do, so we kind of have reciprocity already, almost.

OK…thanks Nick

Time out here guys— I know this is an old post but you can’t just step on over into PA unless you have maintained a list of 100 addresses of inspections you have performed or participated in. Right?

So the answer should be “Yes, if you have E&O insurance and are a member of InterNachi AND you have maintained a list of 100 addresses (no reports, no receipts, just the addresses)”.

Am I correct on this Nick?
