A member of the Awards Committee will post questions, at a random day/time.
The competing member may make one post per question thread to answer the questions and the member’s winning entry must have all parts of the questions answered completely in that one post. Editing your one answer post allowed will result in disqualification.
Any disregard to the above and divulging the correct answers or giving hints/references will cause a disqualification.
First correct answers (as judged by the Awards Committee or Poster of the Questions) wins.

Raytheon first demonstrated the technology to the military in 1979. In the late 1980s, the federal government awarded hIgh-density array development or HIDAD contracts to both Raytheon and Honeywell for the development of thermal imaging technology for practical military applications.
Which thermal color palate best is most commonly used by home inspectors?
Hard to disseminate. Depends upon the thermal camera.

Which color pallet best shows thermal sensitivity?
Thermal sensitivity is measured by mK. Not pallette. Grayscale or inverted grayscale.

Place a protective cover over the lens. Either a Lens hood or clear plastic bag around the lens with a rubber band ‘adjust’ emissivity to counter reflectance.

All the questions came from a trusted Thermagraphy site and the I checked to see if other sites verified the answers and they did.
On ambiguity?
I suppose if a person wanted you could say I made up bad questions and we could have a difference of opinion. Regardless, the questions are meant to be answered, not argued as this isn’t a debate. With all due respect I think the questions are reasonable and will have logical responses.
