I am waiting for the X-Mas party to hopefully win one, If not I will be purchasing one.

We’re giving some away on Thursday.

If we already bought them do we have to buy it again for the updated version?

Nice job Kenton

Wow. I wonder what an RE would say if they saw one of Kenton’s reports. LOL. Nice job.

Time to review all of our reports with our down-time.

Dominic,

If you would have it professionally translated (not using Babel Fish) and incorporated into your software, I would certainly consider buying a copy…:stuck_out_tongue:

Marcel, we already have a professional translate our software into French about a year ago. We have quite a few guys using it right now including a French franchise.

Nick,
Since I just purchased the narratives last month, would I be able to get the updated CD gratis?

Hey Nick; could you hold off till I get home at 4:00 pm before giving all those things away. ;)

One of my reports that look like a copy of War and Peace?

Anyone who has purchased the narratives and wants the updated roof folder should e-mail me directly at kenton@internachi.org and I will provide a copy at no charge. It’s the updated Roof folder that pushed it over the 300,000 word mark. That folder alone is over 37,000 words. I think it’s about 500 narratives but I’m not going to count them, it’s tedious enough working on them! Maybe one of you guys who’s getting the free updates would like to count them for me.

Also, I have just completed installing the narratives in a Home Inspector Pro template, but although Nick will give away a few of them at the Christmas part on Thursday, I can’t offer them as an a free update because it was a ton of work. The HIP template will be available on InspectorOutlet by Thursday.

Appreciate the hard work, Ken.

Koseph and Russ, I replied to your emails with the upgrade, but your e-mails bounced as unable to deliver. Not sure what’s going on.

An HIP template…For Sale. :frowning: That is totally anti-Hippie.

But anyone can post their own for free on the HIP forum.

Thank you Nick, have a Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas everyone!
Good Luck Everyone

Great idea guys. Take something that took me hundreds of hours to create and tell people to post it for free. This work is copyrighted. Nothing amusing about this suggestion at all.

All the Inspection Narratives and the narratives library template for HIP are copyrighted. You may not post them anywhere, give them away or use them without permission from InterNACHI, Inspector Outlet LLC and Kenton Shepard.

Kenton has put thousands of hours into compiling the narratives and creating the template, and Inspector Outlet, LLC has permission from Home Inspector Pro and Kenton Shepard to sell this template.

Thank you.

Sad…very sad.:frowning: HIP going the route of HG.
