SC recently adopted the 2006 version of the ASHI sop.
UPDATE: They just changed it to the 2014 version today, 2-18-14.
Just proves licensing solves nothing but make SC inspector use an outdated SOP.
They sent out the wrong link and now the 2014 SOP is the correct one.
