DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!! They were completely unprofessional and stole money from my clients (buyers) and trespassed on the sellers property. The inspectors name is Anthony Maxie. Here’s what happened: my buyers hired them to do an inspection, which was scheduled for a Monday. 30min before the scheduled inspection they cancelled and had to reschedule for Friday. They did not reschedule with the listing agent as they are required to - instead, they just showed up and did the inspection. When they were done they left the lights on, front door unlocked, and left a ladder behind. Since they entered the home w/o permission, technically that is trespassing. The buyers did pay for and get the initial inspection - the one thing the inspector did correctly. However, he told them they should do an air quality test and radon test, which they agreed to and paid for. After that, the inspector disappeared. He never did the tests and he ignored their phone calls, texts, and emails. This put the buyers purchase at risk.

I even attempted to contact Anthony to give him a chance of refunding their money, and I was ignored as well.

I’ve been in the business for 9 years and have done hundreds of inspections, and by far this was the most unprofessional inspection company I have ever dealt with. They’re downright criminal and should be avoided at all cost!

Do Not Use This Company. I don’t think they are a real company!
They are a SCAM !!! Did the Inspection then took $489.00 from me and cashed it the next day. Never received a home inspection report or any data. Also will not respond to any phone calls or emails.
