Owner of Colby College, the College Architect sent me an email to say that he will receive a CO for the project I did last Winter that is just opening today.
This is a copy of what he said about the Codes Enforcement Officer that walked through the building.

Hell, he didn’t even say anything about the exterior rails that are missing because the college change the design at the last minute.
