FHA/VA Inspections?

Hey everyone… I’m a new inspector, just starting out and have seen a few inspectors in my state that list FHA/VA inspections as an ancillary inspection. Could someone please explain to the new guy what it’s all about?
I looked to see if there was a class on this but I’m not finding anything…

Pardon the newbie but I’m keen to learn…

I suggest you go to any HUD/ FHA/ VA websites and keep Googling and reading until you have answered your questions. Its too broad a subject to supply easy answers. I know this works because that’s what I did to become HUD/ FHA vetted for certain inspections including ADA inspections for veterans getting rehab loans.
