I’ve had a few clients to fail to make payments and was curious if anyone had a program where you could not receive your report until payment was received thanks.

I get paid at the time of inspection or before.
Homegauge offers a cloud/upload service, separate from their base fee for the software, that allows you upload a report and then lock it to prevent viewing, until payment and/or preinspection agreement is completed.
Alternatively, you can just not send it until the payment is processed…
