Seems kind of pretentious, does it not?
It would be kind of like walking into the emergency room and seeing a rug on the floor that said, “Certified Master Doctor at Work!” If you’re having to put a rug down to let people know that you know how to do an inspection…
Also, why “Caution”? Are you a danger to others when you do an inspection?
I had a kid try to follow me up a ladder into an attic the other day.
I always use a drop cloth around attics. You never know what may fall out.
