I’m trying to understand the InterNACHI “Annual Home Maintenance Inspections” SOP - I haven’t done a side-by-side, it doesn’t appear to look any different than the InterNACHI SOP for a General Home Inspection.
Is there an advantage or legal perspective that should be considered? Does offering a “Maintenance Checkup” vs a “Home Inspection” change something?
