Short Story: I have a journalistic friend writing a story on the SS Badger, the Last coal powered steam Ferry of its kind in the U.S. He invited me along. I got to spend about 10 hours on the boat, without a dull moment. We visited the main and aft wheelhouse, and the boiler room (which was 100 deg F), sat in with interviews of the captain and crew. They fed us from the crews galley which was awesome! Got to meet some multi-generational workers that totally love their job.
