**All Agents, Brokers, Mortgage & Title Companies and past Clients are invited to bring your business cards, Ad / Listings flyers and giveaways – Tape them all to the BOAT **that is being pulled by the NACHI Coeur d’Alene Home Inspector’s mower! For best exposure (and parking!) show up before 11 AM. This is a great way to gain free exposure to locals and visitors alike!
Spirit** Lake****’s “Big Back-In”** (see: www.bigbackin.com](http://www.bigbackin.com/)) started out as a local joke: Riding Mowers pre-empting Bike Riders. It has now grown to become a 6th year event that draws thousands from the Inland Northwest and beyond. A 2.5 mile parade, a Riding Lawnmower Race (even NIC has entries!), burgers, booths and a Beer** Garden** are among the attractions. Proceeds are donated to the City of Spirit Lake for improvements to the City Park. Your Coeur d’Alene Home Inspector- in partnership with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors - is a sponsor of this event.

Order your own meal and enjoy a presentation on Roofing Methods, Defects and Concerns presented by veteran roofer Michael Bobince. In the trade for over 30 years, Mike has agreed to spend some time with us and also answer some questions. *
