I am looking for installation specs on older radiant heat panels made by Thermofilm Model No 16 R 25 or Flexwatt Corp. Both products are supplemental radiant heat panels comprised of conductive ink imbedded between thin flexible mylar sheets & stored on a roll. Also, any info on fire hazard or recall would be helpful. Thank you.
