TPR Valve pipe

TPR Valve
The pipe correctly placed to discharge to the floor, to an indirect waste receptor. The pipe also placed in a manner that if it were to discharge would not cause damage to structures or cause any personal injuries.

Looks like it discharges into a pan that has no drain. Where does the water go after the pan fills?

Those Rheem electric water heaters are good for maybe 10 years where I 'm located, then they tend leak.

The discharge line is also too long. Should be cut at 6" above the pan. If it does go off, it can cause personal injury.

It doesn’t need to be six inches off the ground. It can’t be more than six inches off the ground.
