Do you comment on the functionality of wells and how do you test them. If so do you have a disclaimer in your comments?

I note that there is a well, the appearent condition (rust, leaks, does the pressure gauge work, is the pump making noise etc.), then turn on the water and see if it short cycles or not. That’s usually it.
