So I did a wind mitigation for a customer whos house was built in 2002/2003. I gave him the credit for the house because the application date was after 3/1/02 but do I give him credit for the roof covering. The last part of the credit says the roof was original and built after 2004?
Yes, the roof covering is also FBC. Use the application date of the original build and include that permit summary in the report. The 2004 reference allows you to submit without the permit info.
