Just wanted to write what a GREAT time I am having learning all about home inspection. As a former Police Officer for 25 years, I look forward to my second career!
Unfortunately, in RI, home inspectors are NOT required to be licensed!
That should change homefully because too many times I hear that people are being taken advantage of by " shady characters" posing as educated inspectors.


Once again....LOVE this course !
