He missed 2-3 MWBCs not tied to trip simultaneously in the main panel.

I'm not sure what the problem is with "appears to be in serviceable condition" if the item was inspected during a limited visual inspection and the visual appearance of the item's condition indicated it was able to perform the service it is designed to provide.

Does that define it for ya?

Chuck, chastising someone for doing something and then doing the same thing to them doesn't make sense.

To the contrary, I have always tried to help, not harm, my local colleagues.

You made a point with your heavily keyworded and negative post and we all understood it. You stooped. Be proud or ashamed, but don't act dumb. You're smart and so are we, the OP is the only one still in question.

He's (the OP) got a good point, but his delivery sucks. If that don't change, I think you're right.

Agreed. I respect Chuck and see his point. I just think it was poor delivery as well.

Ok fellas....looking back and with deep thought, I admit that I probably should have done this a different way. Maybe I should have started the thread something like this:

Hello to all, I am getting ready to do business and wanted to see what everybody thinks if I were to offer $129.00 inspections or :

I was looking around on the web today and found a local inspector doing $129.00 inspections , (instead of posting his link) and just wanted to know your feelings on this issue. thanks.

Had I OPed something like that maybe I wouldnt have caused such an uproar?? Anyhow I really don't want any hard feelings here, and in the future will be more considerate of my new interNACHI brothers.

If you asked the guys here if you should charge $129 you definitely would have caused an uproar
