Has anyone ever had to use it the Buy Back program?
I use it to sell inspections but have never had a customer use it. There have been those that have. I Love It. It helps sell inspections over the other guys.
There have been several homes bought back by InterNACHI. I think there are a few threads about some of them and a video of the first one or two.
Nick has bought back many condos in Florida.
Why, what did you miss?
