Just got off the phone with another client. I was told that they decided to go with me because I offered the Buy Back Guarantee. This is the 3rd time I’ve been told that and I thought you guys should know. It’s been cited as the distinguishing factor between me and the franchises/other inspectors in my area.

I was stopping by real estate agents offices in Maine, which doesn’t require inspector certification, and the agents seemed blown away, by the We’ll buy back your home guarantee. In NH they seemed less excited. However I Do feel that The guarantee helps get more work. My work started picking up as soon as I added it. I haven’t had any customers specifically tell me that they choose me because of the guarantee.
