Hey any chance you will be coming out with something like the buy back program for mold and or radon testing? You know Thornberry has some type of mold warranty for using his lab?..just curious.

Of course there is the hidden drawback that Internachi trained inspectors rarely miss anything.:mrgreen:

How does that triple their commission?

They get the listing, so their commission is doubled.

Or do they get a commission when Nachi buys it back too?

Good question.

  1. They get a commission when their buyer buys the home and has it inspected by a participating InterNACHI member.

  2. They get another commission when we use the very same agent that recommended our participating InterNACHI member to buy the home back.

  3. They get another commission when we use the very same agent that recommended our participating InterNACHI member to sell the home for us.

  4. And Most of the time the agent also lists the property (we’re buying) for her client as well, so she double sides and gets two commissions on that transaction.

That’s 3 to 4 commission checks.

I suspect you can all guess who that agent recommends for home inspections for the rest of her real estate career, along with every agent in her office.
