Join us at InterNACHI’s Colorado House of Horrors® for the Fireplace & Chimney Inspections Training with Jerry Isenhour on December 11-12th.
This two-day training will provide the student with valuable insights into the inspection of chimneys and fireplaces, including masonry and factory-built versions.
Topics will include: the history of fireplace and chimney construction, and how those standards have changed; general code and NFPA requirements; how to evaluate these structures for performance, maintenance and safety; and how to report findings, including how to disclaim hidden defects.
